We operate professional machining and configuration workshops equipped with a Mitsubishi 5-face machining center from Japan, 5 Starrag Heckert horizontal machining centers, 2 Kapp Niles rotor grinding machines, 2 Liebherr CNC gear hobbing machines, and 3 Schleifring internal and external cylindrical grinders, 2 Mazak vertical machining centers, 3 Klingelnberg CNC rotor grinding machines, 3 Honor CNC vertical lathes and other high-accuracy and high-efficiency equipment.

The high-efficiency assembly line ensures the quality and work-efficiency of the equipment and meets various needs of customers across different markets at the same time.

MOAIR has advanced testing equipment including a Klingelnberg precision measuring center for gears and coordinate measuring machine. Under our strict quality control system, a department for parts inspection, one for finished machine inspection, and a factory inspection and laboratory were established. All products must be completely qualified before they are allowed to be shipped to customers.

Also, MOAIR has employed professional manage and maintenance personnel for after-sales services through professional after-sales service management software, aiming to address customer issues as quickly as possible. Utilizing this system, we are able to properly diagnose issues and perform better fixes to live up to customer expectations.
