Choose the proper power cord diameter and confirm the exact voltage needed when distributing. Safety devices such as air switches and fuses should be installed on the power supply line. In order to ensure the stability of the electrical equipment, link it with suitable ground wire and leave room around the equipment for regular maintenance and observation.
The pipeline of the main exhaust pipe must have a downward inclination from 1 to 2 degrees to keep condensate water out of the compressor when matching the pipe with the main pipe.
Remember to check the rotation direction of the motor when turning it on for the first time or when there is a change in the power line to keep the airend from burning loss or oil leakage.
Avoid tampering with any part of the pipeline, adapter connector, and any other components when the machine is running due to high pressure and high temperature liquids within the unit. It could cause serious injury if improperly handled.
