Suzhou MOAIR Compressor Equipment Co. is a trustworthy enterprise engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of high quality rotary screw air compressors. Our primary line of products includes the permanent magnet variable speed rotary screw air compressors, two stage permanent magnet rotary screw air compressors, low pressure rotary screw air compressors with permanent magnet motor, and many other compressor styles. MOAIR air compressors are applicable in a wide range of industrial applications, including textile, food, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining, electric power, urban construction, medical research, and military uses.

With a high degree of R&D strength and testing capabilities, MOAIR has developed a number of high efficiency mold line technologies as well as permanent magnet rotary screw air compressors designed from the ground up. Most of our newly developed technologies involve making our air compressors more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. These technological advancements have resulted in a number of patents introduced.

MOAIR imports a number of high quality and high efficiency machines from trusted suppliers, such as Mitsubishi's 5-face machining center, Starrag Heckert horizontal machining center, Kapp Niles rotor grinding machine, and Liebherr CNC gear hobbing machine. These excellent pieces of equipment ensure the working accuracy of each component used in our products. The permanent magnet motors and screws, the core components of our air compressors, are designed and produced in-house by MOAIR, ensuring a high matching degree and more stable quality.

From the first stage of production, MOAIR follows the process of the ERP system. MOAIR was also one of the first manufacturers to introduce CRM and MES to produce and import automated manufacturing systems that significantly increased production efficiency. With the digitization of quality testing and control, MOAIR can provide customers with customized services with greater convenience and speed.

Our production processes are carried out according to ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system standards to ensure every air compressor delivered to customers is energy and cost effective.
